The Valley Arts Council office is located at Festival Hall in Pembroke. Office hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. VAC represents all the arts: performing and literary including individuals, business and organizations from the Ottawa Valley. The council exists to promote its members and to provide a cultural environment in the Upper Ottawa Valley.
