When an inspection is done any violations or deficientcies are noted and a work order is issued to an owner of a property or a tenant, the fire inspector will do a follow up inspection and return to the building to ensure compliance has been met. The property must be cleared of the work order and when requested, a letter of compliance can be issued to the owners.
