Day CampsThroughout the summer months, the City of Pembroke’s Recreation, Culture and Youth Department operates a kids’ day camp at several locations in the City. Qualified counsellors provide a diverse program for children aged 5 through 12 at Kinsmen Park, Riverside Park and Rotary Park. Strategies involving active and cognitive exercises are vigorously employed during these 4 two week sessions. Several field trips are also utilized during the summer allowing participants to visit appropriate attractions out of the area. The camp is attractively priced to fit in with every budget limitation.
