The Parks & Facilities Section maintains approximately 200 acres of passive and active parklands. Staff is responsible for grass cutting, grounds maintenance, flower beds and maintenance of all City trees. Other specific areas of responsibility include Riverside Park campground athletic fields including soccer and ball as well as tennis courts and playgrounds.

- 1.5 km of waterfront walkway
- 6 ball diamonds
- 5 regulation soccer fields including 9 mini pitch soccer fields
- 58 serviced camping site at Riverside Park
- Flower beds in various parks
- Pembroke Marina with 100 boat slips
